Build it.
Systemize it.
Make it calm.
I’m Daniel — a small business operator in southwest Oklahoma. I build local service businesses and the automation behind them: faster booking, cleaner ops, less chaos, and better margins.

Conversion, standards, and calm ops.
Who I am
Operator first. Builder second. Theory last.
About me
I build local service operations that are easy to book and hard to mess up. That means: clean landing pages, clear pricing/expectations, tight scripts, checklists, photo confirmations, and automated follow-ups. If a process breaks at 9PM on a Friday, I want it to self-correct—or tell us exactly what to do in 30 seconds.
What you can expect
Short checklists. Clear standards. Fast pages. Fewer clicks. No “mystery steps.” I care about conversion and execution, not fluff.
What I offer
(1) contractor partnerships with defined responsibilities and revenue splits, (2) web builds that convert and load fast, (3) automation systems that remove labor and time waste, and (4) acquisition opportunities when it makes sense.
What I don’t do
Overcomplicated “agency” work, endless meetings, or websites that look pretty but don’t book. The goal is simple: more profit with less chaos.
